Welcome
Roadways have been evolving for more than 100 years
Isn't it about time to relish in some of the history and enjoy some roadside spectacles too?

I have been traveling across America for 35 years. Rather than finding the fastest route from start to finish, I have not only been drawn to historical sites and natural wonders, but also the quirky, kitschy, and oddly. Time is of the essence. While many places have been preserved for future generations, there are many more destinations at risk of disappearing.
If you share my desire to see our country, to explore the beauty of our nation, and experience the grand and grandiose, let me know. Have you ever returned from a road trip and realized you missed a special place that was just beyond sight? I can help. Let me know your destination(s) as well as your interests, and I’ll offer an itinerary that assures your plans will include sites that you may not have considered - ones that will enrich your travels.
"Drop me a line" or call me. Check my Instagram account and Facebook page to see some of the roadside stops I've visited. Read my blogs on this website.
It's quite easy to use GPS to navigate from one place to another, but it's a lot more challenging to drive on roadways that have been superseded by interstate highways. Very few historic byways are labeled very well, and it's hard to know in advance what's waiting to be seen along these roads of yesteryear.
We think time has made life a lot easier. Getting from here to there has never been faster using interstates or airlines; but like climbing a mountain, sometimes it's the path we take that is most rewarding.
